The committee is asking local busuness to come forward and help the club continue with the Youth Mentoring Projects which were given a kick start in 2006 by a $5000 grant from the SCC. 

Now TAFE outreach and the Sydney Seconday Colleges and inner city youth centres look toward the club and their focus on maritime activities and mentoring.

We will continue to seek grants from govrment but these take time to develop so immediate sources of support are needed in kind for materials and funds.
